I fail to understand the lack of co-ordination in getting the next generation fuel alternatives in the place of fossil fuels! What drives governments in spending so much even in these crucial times is anybody's guess. Probably it is business and policies influenced by business which would not let us move to the next level of evolution. Space age or the absence of it,we have to develop ourselves and in my opinion what is coming in the way is the fossil fuel which should be sidelined for more potent alternatives.
