French reject EU constitution

Preliminary results from Lemonde.fr. 85% votes counted and 55.18% said no (at midnight). I am ashamed to be French tonight...

Bit of a double-whammy after Eurovision! The writing was on the wall in Kiev! This is Nouveau Europe.
